About TME
Founded in April 2024, TaiLour Made Enterprise was built on passion, mentorship, and a commitment to creating more opportunities for dancers to grow and work within the Metro Detroit community.
At TME, we go beyond dance—we build connections. While we proudly serve grade school students through structured programming, our services are designed for individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
Our offerings range from school-based programs that instill discipline and life skills in youth, to choreography services for special events such as birthdays, weddings, and more. No matter the setting, our goal remains the same: to use dance as a tool for growth, expression, and opportunity for the next generation and beyond.

TaiLour Naylor
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Tai' Lour Naylor has built an impressive and multifaceted career as a young professional, with a strong foundation in education and the arts. She has held several impactful roles within the school system, including secretary, media technician, and librarian, guest teacher where she developed valuable organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Prior to her work in education, Tai' Lour pursued studies in Television and Media Production at Ferris State University and Eastern Michigan University for three years. This academic background equipped her with creative and technical expertise that continues to influence her work today.
By combining her educational experience, media knowledge, and deep passion for dance, Tai'Lour has established a strong and purposeful foundation for her company, TaiLour Made Enterprise Inc. Her work reflects a commitment not only to artistic expression, but also to mentorship, youth development, and community impact. -

Sunsae' Davis
Executive Secretary
Sunsae' Davis is a results-driven
Executive Administrative Assistant with expertise in operations, project management, and event coordination, supporting leadership through financial management, scheduling, and streamlined systems that drive efficiency. She brings experience in community-based development, including her role as Co-Director of
888 Experience, where she contributes to impactful programming and organizational growth.
Sunsae' holds a Master of Management from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in InterArts Performance from the University of Michigan, along with a Google Project Management Certificate. With over 25 years of dance experience, she brings a unique blend of creativity and discipline to her work.
She is also the founder of Success with Sun LLC, where she provides life coaching, project management, and event management services, helping individuals and organizations turn ideas into structured, actionable plans while offering clarity, accountability, and support for sustainable success. -

Shai'La Williams-King
Administrative Secretary
Shai'La Williams-King is the Program Secretary for TaiLour Made Enterprise, she brings over five years of professional experience in the education sector, currently serving the Wayne-Westland School District. As a mother and multidisciplinary artist— writer and painter-she offers a balanced perspective that blends structure, creativity, and purpose.
Acknowledged for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset; she is deeply committed to pursuing strategies that strengthen community and promotes safe, empowering environments for children and families. She takes pride in contributing to spaces where youth are supported, inspired, and positioned to thrive; such as TaiLour Made
